We collect what you enter on the intake form: your contact details, business details, and information about your Google Business Profile. We use it only to work your case and to contact you about it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

We don't sell or share your information. We keep case records for up to two years so we can help if the listing is suspended again, and delete them sooner if you ask.

To request deletion, reply to any email from us.
